To obtain your password, go to this page.  At the bottom of the page you will be asked to enter your email address so that you can receive your password.  It could take a couple of hours for the email containing your password to arrive.  If it does not arrive, contact us through this page.  We will resend your password.

To order Avast licences through our site you should follow these steps:
1. Select the product or products you wish to order and add them to your basket.
2  Create an Avast customer account or connect to an existing Avast customer account.
3  Registration of your order and choice of payment method.
4 Order payment (by cheque, bank card, transfer or postal order)
5  Delivery of licence keys and invoice made available

To renew your licences which are going to expire or have already expired, connect to your customer account.  You will be redirected to a page where you can renew the Avast licences you bought in your last order.  You will automatically benefit from a renewal discount of 30% on your Avast licences.  You will find your licences which are going to expire on the page "My orders" in your customer account.  The licences which are going to expire are marked by a special symbol.

Yes, you can add or delete Avast licences when renewing your previous order whilst still benefitting from the renewal discount of 30% which is also valid for any extra licences you require.  For example, last year you ordered 5 Avast Pro licences.  This year you need 7 licences.  You place a quote request for 7 licences indicating that it is a renewal.  We will then apply the 30% discount to your total order even if it contains more products than the previous year.
